鼻中隔彎曲有何影響?

鼻中隔彎曲先天臉部骨骼發育造成，或是後天外傷導致。是否須要矯正手術治療，要看臨床症狀是否有鼻塞或是因鼻中隔彎曲產生疾病。而常見鼻塞要檢查鼻腔鼻甲是否增生肥大，有無鼻息肉或鼻腔鼻竇腫瘤….等。
是否會因此影響美觀?
嚴重鼻中隔彎曲會導致外觀鼻樑變形彎曲，這兩者常合併共存，手術要能同時矯正才有最好的效果。
手術方法主要有?
- 鼻內開法 (endonasal approach with caudal septal mucosal incision)：鼻中隔前方切口徑路矯正彎曲的鼻中隔及鼻樑歪曲，優點是無外觀疤痕，缺點是視野小，對於嚴重病患治療效果受限。
- 外開式鼻中隔前端徑路 ( open nasal approach with mid-columellar incision) ：由鼻孔中間鼻小柱切口進入，將彎曲鼻中隔及鼻樑矯正。有時需要截骨術(osteotomy)同時矯正鼻樑骨彎曲，才等達到最佳效果。
鼻扭曲（歪鼻）採開放式鼻整形術才有效，同時要矯正鼻中隔歪曲效果更好。可以同時改善鼻部功能及美觀效果。

Open rhinoplasty approach is the standard surgical procedure to correct crooked nose in both cosmetic and functional improvement. We classified the twisted nose into three type which can help the surgeon and patients understand how to treat the nose precisely. This study was published in an international journal.
